Brigitte Roufail Peck is a founding partner and current owner of Capstone Advancement Partners, a fundraising consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA. She works with a wide spectrum of nonprofit organizations to develop strategies that reflect each client’s needs and situation. Her favorite part of her job is working with dedicated staff and volunteers who are committed to turning an organization’s dreams into reality.
Brigitte serves on the Board of Ferst Readers, where she chairs the Development Committee, and of the Atlanta Children's Shelter. She is a former president of the Sarah Smith Education Foundation. Brigitte has served on the MDA Night of Hope Gala Committee for nine years, co-chairing the event in 2009.
A graduate of Davidson College, Brigitte received her certificate in nonfiction creative writing through Emory University's Continuing Education Program in 2014. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children.

Frankweiler and took it as a personal achievement when she declared To Kill a Mockingbird one of the best books ever. My lifelong love of reading has taken on an added dimension as I have shared all my favorite books with her, and she has done the same. Ferst Readers is doing so much more than just sending books to children. It is helping those children discover, and share, a love of reading with their parents. The stories they are reading together will become a part of them, just like the pigeon, of Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus fame, has become a part of me and my children. I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with the Ferst Readers to give the gift of early literacy, and a love of reading, to families across Georgia. ”
